So far, so good, but he was pretty knackered by the time we got to creche. I am wondering how getting home will go...

Okay. This is too cute and wonderful for words. Will he be able to make it up that hill going home?
He should let me pull him up it. Hopefully. Or, if he's over-tired he will melt down, and I will carry him under one arm & the scooter under the other. I'll keep you posted.

Right on, Harry! You've convinced me to get my kids scooters for Grif's birthday in June. They can't bike or scoot, as we have no paved driveway or sidewalks out here in the boonies. I'll end up bringing their scooters downtown in the car, but they are very ready.
