- Alison Williams
- I am a 43 year-old mother of two. At work, I am Alison Pike, and I am an academic psychologist specialising in family relationships. In my other 128 hours I am Alison Williams; I live with my (civil) partner Sian, and we co-mother our two boys, Harry age 6 and Tom age 3. This blog is a record of how academic psychology influences (or not) my family life.

I totally agree. I love my quiet time in the car as the babies nap, or luckiest of events, when they nap together in the stroller. I can enjoy stolen time with some frequency.
I had the brilliant idea to make Fiddlehead mittens for all my loved ones for xmas 'O9 starting now. Not sure if that will happen, but lovely to think about, eh?
